The Tahquamenon Valley Cruisers, Inc.
is a not-for profit corporation. The Club
business is handled by a Board of Directors that is elected for a one year term at the Annual Meeting held just prior to October 1st, the beginning of the fiscal year.

Several committees have been formed and these report to the B.O.D.
B.O.D. meetings are generally held quarterly, the fourth Thursday of the month, starting in October. Meetings are held more frequently as the Car Show approaches.
